Management roles decided at first IMPEL Board meeting

Following the AGM, at the end of 2018, the new IMPEL held its first Board meeting on October 31, 2018 and confirmed that Simon Platz (Bucks) will act as IMPEL Chairman and Andy Heath (Beggars) as IMPEL President.
